I think your suggestion is wonderful. I have decided that the first thing I will do each day is a sun salutation and then at least one pose for my back. Hopefully, my home practice will grow from there.

I tried to visit your blog but google will not let me access your information. Hopefully, I will be able to find you by Sunday. I would like to read your post.Ginnyhttp://www.ginnylennox.weebly.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2621942850489283033.post-6135122249707835252013-02-14T02:36:07.375-05:002013-02-14T02:36:07.375-05:00Hi Gina, I have not been here in a while, just bee...Hi Gina, I have not been here in a while, just been doing a little blog hopping and it seems to me that many of us are in a similar place. I have read yours and other's posts over the last 3 years and it feels like we have all journeyed together! In particular self care and yoga seems to be on our minds! I'm making yoga a regular feature on my blog. I've managed 2 yoga sessions at my gym over the last 4 years, but what I have found works for me is I try to incorporate small postures as a part of my daily routine, tagged onto my shower bathing time, say one round of sun salutation followed by just 5 mins rest/meditation. I figured this would become a habit just like tooth brushing! I'm going to be posting about my Yoga Gratitude Prayer on Sunday! Best wishes. xfoxysuehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04620248626509576905noreply@blogger.com
